· Understand user behavior through research, analytics, and feedback.
· Create user personas, journey maps, and workflows to support user-centered design.
· Ensure intuitive navigation and interaction patterns that enhance user satisfaction.
3. Visual & Graphic Design
· Design engaging visual assets for social media, digital marketing, emailers, and presentations.
· Create branding elements such as logos, icons, typography, and illustrations.
· Support marketing and product teams with creative inputs for campaigns.
4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication
· Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to implement design solutions.
· Translate business requirements into meaningful and functional UI/UX deliverables.
· Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders effectively.
5. Consistency & Branding
· Ensure consistency in design across all digital touchpoints.
· Maintain and evolve brand style guides and component libraries.
6. Design Tools & Innovation
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
· Explore new techniques and creative strategies to improve design output and process efficiency.
7. Project Management
· Prioritize and manage multiple design projects and timelines efficiently.
· Deliver tasks on time with attention to detail and minimal rework.
Pay: ₹10,204.72 - ₹34,516.01 per month
