Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and Workday Certified Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM modules, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business process management, and Studio-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday modules including Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking. Design, develop, and maintain Workday Studio Integrations. Develop inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues. Support Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities. Ensure system compliance, security, and data integrity across Workday modules.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of Workday implementation/support experience. Strong experience in PATT (Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking). Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio Integration development. Experience working with Workday HCM and Payroll modules. Good understanding of Workday business processes and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Workday Certification is mandatory.
