Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and client coordination activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want exposure to both finance and business operations in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Pass daily entries in Tally / Zoho Books (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
Billing & Documentation:
- Generate Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Challans, E-way Bills.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist in GST data preparation (filing handled by CA)
Expense Tracking:
- Maintain project-wise expense tracking in Excel.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and summaries for management.
- Track receivables and outstanding payments.
Client Coordination & Operations Support:
- Follow up with customers for payments.
- Handle basic client communication related to invoices and accounts.
- Share statements and payment reminders professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Requirements:
- B. Com/BBA/Commerce Graduate (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong basics can apply)
- Working knowledge of: Tally / Zoho Books
- MS Excel (important)
- Basic understanding of GST & accounting concepts
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English)

Salary Range:
CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)
