Job Description:
We are hiring experienced candidates for our International Voice Process Only.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality.
- Meet performance and productivity targets.
