Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stores Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, material movement, and stock control activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP/ERP systems and strong knowledge of inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inward and outward material movement.
- Create and maintain GRN, stock records, and inventory transactions in SAP/ERP.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability for production.
- Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory verification, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain FIFO practices and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, PPC, and Logistics teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle dispatch documentation, material transfers, and inventory tracking.
- Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping, and 5S compliance.

Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, or Supply Chain functions.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, FMCG, or Industrial sectors preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
