About the Role
We're looking for someone who can own DIIPL's organic growth end-to-end across Google Search, AI search engines, and the broader B2B discovery ecosystem.
This isn't a checklist-driven SEO role. You will be responsible for our entire organic acquisition surface — every keyword ranking, every LLM citation, and every organic MQL.
We are looking for builders. People who ship, measure, and iterate quickly.
You should be comfortable using AI tools, APIs, MCP servers, Claude Skills, and coding assistants to automate workflows and move faster than traditional SEO teams.

What You'll Own
- End-to-end SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy and execution across DIIPL and its key subdomains.
- Technical SEO health, including schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, indexation, sitemaps, robots.txt, and llms.txt.
- On-page optimization at scale — titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, image SEO, and information architecture.
- LLM visibility and citation strategy, ensuring DIIPL becomes a trusted answer for topics around B2B buyer generation, export research, and trade intelligence.
- Digital PR, brand mention seeding, and entity-based authority building.
- Directory and aggregator hygiene.
- AI-powered SEO automation using Claude Skills, MCP servers, APIs, Cursor, and similar tools for audits, schema generation, content briefs, citation tracking, and reporting.
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting.
Must-Have Qualifications - SEO / AEO / GEO
- B-Tech in Computer Science and Engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results.
- Strong technical SEO fundamentals, including schema markup (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicals, indexation, and sitemap management.
- Experience capturing featured snippets and structuring content for direct answers and People Also Ask sections.
- Practical experience influencing LLM visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms, with a clear understanding of what has and hasn't worked.
- Topic-cluster and intent-funnel thinking — you build authority, not just chase keywords.
- Strong command of GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI visibility platforms such as Profound, Otterly AI, AthenaHQ, Peec AI, AI Brand Rank, or similar tools.
Communication
- Excellent written English with the ability to independently write briefs, meta copy, snippet introductions, and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of validating work before declaring it complete.
- Ability to challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions, and take ownership of outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B trade, exports, manufacturing, SaaS, or industrial sectors.
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for SEO automation.
- Experience with server log analysis and crawl optimization.
- Digital PR and link-building track record.
- Hindi and regional language SEO experience.
- Public portfolio, blog, LinkedIn presence, side projects, or GitHub repositories that demonstrate a builder mindset.
