We are looking for a dynamic Senior Engineer – Project Sales to drive business growth for our range of LT/HT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC Panels, Control Panels, Distribution Boards, VFD Panels, and Industrial Automation Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong techno-commercial knowledge and experience in handling project sales for industrial, EPC, infrastructure, and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
* Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and technical discussions.
* Prepare and present techno-commercial quotations in coordination with the estimation team.
* Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.
* Coordinate with design, production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth project execution.
* Track projects from inquiry to commissioning and maintain CRM updates.
* Handle vendor registrations, GeM/e-tender documentation, and customer compliance.
* Execute customer engagement activities through emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, and product updates.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications
* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
* 3–5 years of experience in project sales of electrical panels or industrial automation.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Knowledge of LT/HT Panels, EPC projects, CRM/ERP systems, and tendering processes.
* Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project visits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
