Position: Educational Department Head
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as Educational Department Head.
Work Location- Mannuthy, Thrissur Kerala
Work Area- Educational Department Head will be required to work from our institute and manage educational activities across schools, colleges, and training centres. The role involves handling trainers, coordinating with schools and colleges, and administrating all activities related to the education department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage robotics trainers working in schools and colleges
- Handle and monitor the overall activities of the education department
- Ensure smooth execution of robotics and advanced skill training programs
- Train, guide, and support trainers for effective classroom delivery
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, and internal team members
- Maintain quality standards in teaching, training, and student engagement
- Plan, organize, and improve academic and training operations
- Oversee day-to-day functioning of the educational department
Working Time- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Qualification
Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:
- B.Tech / M.Tech
- B.Sc / M.Sc
- Diploma

- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Computer Science

- Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Robotics Trainer
- Strong technical background in Robotics
- Good leadership, communication, and administrative skills
- Passion for robotics, electronics, and technology
- Research mindset and innovative thinking
