Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Manage travel arrangements, stationery, and office supplies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR and administrative reports as required.
Requirements:
Freshers:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experienced Candidates (1–5 Years):
Experience in HR operations and office administration.
Knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
