Role Description The HMC VMC CNC Programmer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula. In this role, the team member will create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for HMC and VMC machines to achieve accurate and efficient machining operations. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, setting machining parameters, coordinating with machine operators, and performing test runs to validate programs. The role involves troubleshooting machining issues, improving cycle times, and ensuring consistent quality and adherence to safety standards. Collaboration with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules and maintain equipment performance is also a key part of the position. Qualifications Ability to interpret and work from Technical Drawing and engineering documentation. Strong CNC Programming skills, including developing and optimizing programs for HMC and VMC machines. Hands-on experience in Machining operations with a focus on precision and process reliability. Proficiency in Milling processes and related tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters. Solid Programming aptitude for CNC controls and related software interfaces. Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing engineering (or equivalent practical experience). Familiarity with CNC machine safety practices and quality inspection methods. Ability to work on-site in Panchkula, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
