Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients via various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person, to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and policies.
- Investigate and resolve client issues, complaints, or escalations in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to assist clients effectively and stay updated on product changes, updates, and new features.
- Ensure that customer interactions align with company policies, values, and service standards.
