- End-to-End Onboarding & Pre-Boarding: Manage the full candidate joining journey from offer acceptance to Day 1. This includes guiding new hires through portal setup, handling document collection/background verification, and digitizing agreements via Zoho Sign.
- HR Generalist & Lifecycle Operations: Maintain 100% accurate employee master data within Zoho People. Serve as the primary point of contact for daily employee queries regarding company policies, leaves, and overall lifecycle milestones.
- Payroll Input Management: Compile, audit, and organize monthly payroll inputs—including attendance updates, leave logs, new joiner details, and variable data changes—ensuring strict adherence to monthly internal cut-off timelines.
- Performance Support & Exit Management: Assist with performance appraisal cycles by tracking monthly goal-setting check-ins, while seamlessly managing the offboarding pipeline, departmental clearances, and exit interview documentation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
