About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Collections to lead a team of collection executives, drive recovery performance, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in collections, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve business goals while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Collection Executives.
- Monitor daily collection performance and ensure team targets are achieved.
- Allocate portfolios and manage workload efficiently.
- Conduct daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track delinquent accounts and implement effective recovery strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers through calls and field coordination.
- Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Business teams for issue resolution.
- Drive productivity, attendance, and employee engagement within the team.
- Identify training needs and continuously develop team capabilities.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of collection processes and delinquency management.
- Ability to handle escalations and resolve customer issues.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- 2–5 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, or BFSI.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Collections is preferred.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
