Earthitects is seeking a creative, motivated, and collaborative individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing Executive. You will support our go-to-market activities. Deliverables include qualifications, proposals, presentations, communications, analysis, content creation, award submissions, and social media content.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual marketing reports in coordination with the team.

Manage the marketing budget by tracking and updating monthly expenses.

Assist in planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.

Handle documentation of reports, payments, and invoices.

Manage printing of documents, official stationery, and letterheads.

Design and support email marketing campaigns and analyze performance.

Assist in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots at project locations.

Support implementation of offline marketing activities at resort locations.

Conduct detailed market research and analysis.

Coordinate with Sales and Design teams.

Coordinate with external agencies for marketing collaterals and media outreach.

Understand Earthitects' portfolio, practice areas, capabilities, and service offerings.

Coordinate photo shoots of completed projects.

Write project case studies and employee bios.

Assist with social media strategy and management.

Manage other responsibilities as assigned.

1–3 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience in architecture, design, professional services, AEC, or related industries is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create effective presentations and marketing collateral.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Ability to work with senior staff with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Photography coordination and digital asset management knowledge preferred.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an advantage.
