Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in paid marketing, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and sales-focused marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates through performance-driven strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPC, CPL, and other KPIs
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis
- Work closely with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Manage remarketing and funnel-based marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Pixel setup, GTM, and tracking tools
- Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign scaling
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a digital marketing agency
- Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies
- Basic understanding of creative strategy and copywriting
- Experience handling eCommerce and service-based campaigns
