We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting daily HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process for new employees.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Administration
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Experience working with recruitment portals.
- Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,851.84 - ₹30,000.00 per month
