About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editing Intern to join our team. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in video production, post-production, and storytelling while working on engaging content for digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content
- Assist with cutting, trimming, color correction, audio syncing, and basic motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to understand project goals and brand style
- Adapt videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram,websites, etc.)
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with video editing trends and best practices
REQUIREMENTS :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field OR any field with strong skills and interest in Video editing.
- Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Understanding of video formats, frame rates, and resolutions
- Strong attention to detail and sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Portfolio or sample work is a plus (student projects are totally fine)
- A pro active individual with good communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE ( not mandatory ):
- Experience with After Effects or motion graphics
- Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading
- Familiarity with social media content creation
- Interest in digital media, marketing, or content creation
