About the Role
Luiish Livings Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of premium modular interiors, including kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, and complete home interiors.
Experience Required
- 3–8 years of experience in modular interior sales
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with residential interior projects worth ₹5–₹50 lakhs
Preference will be given to candidates from companies like D'Life, HomeLane, Livspace, RAK Interiors, Uniwood, Design Cafe, Bonito Designs, Cubes, or similar modular interior companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert premium interior leads
- Meet customers and conduct site visits
- Prepare and present quotations with the design team
- Close high-value projects
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of modular interiors and interior materials
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
