Global Drive India Manpower Services is hiring an experienced and confident Telesales Executive for our growing recruitment and manpower consultancy operations.
Job Role
We are looking for a dynamic telesales professional who has prior experience in the Recruitment, HR, Staffing, or Manpower Consultancy industry. The candidate will be responsible for client coordination, lead generation, business development calls, and promoting recruitment services to companies.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to companies and potential clients
- Promote recruitment and manpower services
- Generate new business leads and schedule meetings
- Follow up with clients regarding hiring requirements
- Maintain client database and daily call reports
- Coordinate with recruitment team for candidate requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Explain company services and close sales opportunities
- Handle email and WhatsApp communication professionally
- Achieve monthly business development targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in Recruitment, HR, Staffing, or Telesales
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in handling corporate clients over calls
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process and hiring terminology
- Ability to generate leads and convert clients
- Good English and Hindi communication skills
- MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in international recruitment or Gulf hiring
- Existing HR/client network is a plus
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
