Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a polite, customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Manage front desk operations and basic office coordination
- Assist in administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor or client requirements
- Ensure reception area is clean and well-maintained
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Presentable personality and polite behavior
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & MS Excel preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
