Summary:
The Intern will support the Accounts revivable & Treasury team in managing day-to-day operations and driving process improvements across customer-facing processes. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of AR & Treasury activities, timely issue resolution, and adherence to established controls and procedures
1. OTC Operations Support

Support day-to-day Accounts receivables & Treasury activities and ensure
-
timely completion of assigned tasks.

Assist in monitoring process performance and operations.
-
Support customer account management activities and resolve queries in
-
coordination with internal teams.
-
Ensure accuracy and completeness of transactional data and records.
-
Maintain process documentation and support compliance with established
-
controls and procedures.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Service,
-
Finance, Supply Chain, IT Teams and External (Bank Financial institutes,
-
Auditors).

Support coordination across functions to resolve operational issues and
-
improve customer experience.
-
Participate in discussions and meetings related to operational improvements
-
and business initiatives.

Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Additional Responsibilities
-
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
-
Provide administrative and operational support to the OTC team.

Support project-related activities and departmental initiatives as assigned.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Education
-
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in commerce,
-
Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
