We are looking for an experienced Screen Printing Master to manage and oversee screen printing operations for apparel and textile products. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of screen preparation, color matching, print quality control, and production management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and expose screens for production.
- Set up and register single-color and multi-color print jobs.
- Mix and match inks accurately, including plastisol and water-based inks.
- Ensure consistent print quality and color accuracy.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and minimize production defects.
- Maintain production targets and deadlines.
- Supervise and train printing staff.
- Monitor screen, squeegee, and equipment maintenance.
- Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in screen printing.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automatic screen printing processes.
- Experience with spot color, halftone, and CMYK printing.
- Good understanding of mesh counts, screen exposure, and ink systems.
- Ability to manage a production team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in garment or T-shirt manufacturing.
- Knowledge of specialty printing techniques such as puff, high-density, and discharge printing.
