Eligibility
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day product operations and coordination activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams including product, operations, marketing, and support.
- Assist in managing user onboarding and engagement activities.
- Track user feedback, issues, and operational updates
- Help test platform features and report bugs or improvement areas.
- Maintain and organize operational data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support product documentation, reports, and internal updates.
- Assist in workflow management and process coordination
- Communicate with learners, institutions, employers, and community partners when required.
- Monitor operational tasks and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support webinars, product demos, and virtual engagement activities
- Conduct basic research related to user experience, competitor activities, and product improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital products or SaaS platforms.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of product workflows and operations.
- Ability to manage tasks in a structured and timely manner.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and consistency in work.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to product operations, customer support, or coordination roles.
- Basic understanding of AI, edtech, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Experience using project management or collaboration tools.
- Interest in technology, education, or upskilling platforms
- Experience with user engagement or operational support activities.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
