Role Overview
The Seller Success Executive is responsible for onboarding, enabling, and supporting sellers on the Thotfy platform. This role acts as the primary point of contact for sellers—guiding them from account creation to product listing, order fulfillment, and early growth—while also contributing to new seller acquisition and marketplace expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Seller Onboarding & Enablement
- Guide new sellers through account registration and verification
- Assist sellers in listing products (titles, categories, images, pricing basics)
- Educate sellers on platform policies, order flow, and best practices
- Ensure sellers are ready for their first order and successful fulfillment
Seller Support & Fulfillment Guidance
- Resolve basic seller queries related to orders, payments, and fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
- Reduce seller drop-offs during the early lifecycle stage
Seller Engagement & Retention
- Build strong relationships with sellers via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Encourage inactive sellers to list more products and stay active
- Collect seller feedback and share insights with product/ops teams
Seller Acquisition & Outreach
- Reach out to potential sellers through calls, referrals, social media, and leads
- Explain Thotfy’s value proposition to new sellers
- Convert interested leads into active sellers on the platform

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
