Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms
- Write customized and winning proposals
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and close deals
- Maintain strong client relationships for long-term business
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Track bids, leads, and conversions
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelancing platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, QA, AI/ML is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple bids and clients simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of project estimation and requirement gathering
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in lead generation and sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Target-oriented mindset
