Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Civil and Mechanical design software.
- Provide hands-on training, project guidance, and technical support.
- Develop training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor trainee progress and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
- Stay updated with the latest software versions and industry trends.
- Assist trainees in developing job-ready skills.
Required Skills
Civil Software:
- AutoCAD Civil
- Revit Architecture / Structure
- ETABS
- STAAD.Pro
- Tekla Structures
- Civil 3D (Preferred)
Mechanical Software:
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks
- CATIA
- Creo
- NX CAD (Preferred)
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of Civil and/or Mechanical design software.
- Training or industry experience is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
