Role Overview:
Seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive with 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B outbound prospecting. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through multi-channel outreach strategies. Primary focus will be to build awareness, engage potential clients by leveraging tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & List Building: Utilize Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and build targeted lists of potential clients (key decision-makers) within our ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute a structured outbound sequence using a combination of:
- Email: Craft personalized, compelling cold emails that generate interest and responses.
- LinkedIn: Employ advanced LinkedIn prospecting techniques – including personalized connection requests, engaging with content, and sending InMails to start conversations.
- WhatsApp: Use professional WhatsApp messaging for follow-ups and engagement where appropriate and compliant with regional regulations.
- Calls: Make warm calls to prospects who have engaged with our outreach, confidently introducing GammaStack’s value proposition and qualifying their interest.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct initial needs analysis and BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification to ensure leads are sales-ready before handing them off to the Account Executive team.
- CRM Management: Meticulously track all outbound activities, conversations, and lead status in our CRM (Apollo.io) to maintain a clean and accurate pipeline.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and relay market feedback, competitive intelligence, and prospect insights to the sales and marketing teams to help refine our messaging and strategy.
- Target-Oriented: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings and SQLs generated.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in a B2B outbound lead generation or SDR role, specifically targeting the European and US markets.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in generating a consistent pipeline of high-quality SQLs through multi-channel outreach.
- Tool Proficiency: Must-have hands-on experience with:
- Apollo.io (for lead sourcing, email sequencing and outreach tracking)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (for advanced search and prospecting)
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in making warm calls is a non-negotiable requirement. You must be confident, articulate, and able to handle objections over the phone.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead qualification frameworks.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive, “hunter” mentality with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Deep LinkedIn Prospecting Knowledge: Advanced skills in building a professional brand on LinkedIn and running effective outreach campaigns on the platform.
- Experience with WhatsApp for Business or other similar messaging tools in a professional context.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the IT services, software development, gaming industry.
