Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in security operations
- Prior experience in commercial buildings or corporate offices preferred
- Team-handling experience is mandatory
Skills & Competencies
- Strong supervisory and people-management skills
- Good discipline control and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer and reporting skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and fire safety procedures
- Calm, alert, responsible, and proactive approach
