Project Coordinator – Solar Plant1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist Project Manager in overall planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track project milestones and update management on progress.
2. Communication & Liaison
- Act as a link between site team, contractors, vendors, and head office.
- Communicate project updates, requirements, and issues with clients.
- Support in conducting review meetings and sharing MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project-related documents (drawings, approvals, checklists, contracts, invoices).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track material deliveries, inventory, and consumption records.
4. Resource & Site Management
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material requirements.
- Assist in mobilization and demobilization of resources at site.
- Ensure proper utilization of site resources and avoid wastage.
5. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure quality checks are followed as per technical specifications.
- Support in implementing safety practices and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
6. Support in Execution & Monitoring
- Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
- Track contractor performance and escalate issues to Project Manager.
- Assist in commissioning and handover activities.
7. Client & Stakeholder Support
- Share project status reports and presentations with clients.
- Facilitate site visits and audits.
- Support in addressing client queries and resolving on-site issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
