About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, with a good understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Convert leads into sales by following up and building strong relationships.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and track all communications.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure proper delivery of services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience, preferably in digital marketing or related services.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and [local language if applicable].
- Strong understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.).
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and other reporting platforms.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in selling digital marketing services.
- Basic knowledge of online tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
