]Core Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Verifying sales orders for accuracy (prices, discounts), entering them into the system, and tracking shipments.
- Client Communication: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating delivery dates.
- Reporting & Data Entry: Updating customer databases, tracking sales quotas, and generating regular performance reports.
- Team Support: Scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligning with finance (billing/collections), marketing, and logistics to ensure deals are fulfilled seamlessly.
Essential Skills
- Organization: The ability to manage large amounts of data and juggle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Communication: Stellar written and verbal skills for drafting proposals and liaising with stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Experience: Usually 1-3 years of proven experience in sales support, customer service, or back-office operations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
