We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in assigned territories.
- Collect market feedback and provide reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns in the assigned area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Goods sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
