- Digital marketing: Manage the school's online presence, including its website, social media accounts, and email campaigns.
- Campaign management: Create and implement campaigns to promote student recruitment, from initial lead generation to managing admission events.
- Content creation: Develop compelling marketing content, such as articles, videos, and social media posts, often collaborating with teachers and staff.
- Brand management: Maintain and develop the school's brand identity to ensure consistency across all communications and materials.
- Event management: Plan, organize, and manage marketing and admissions events, such as open mornings, workshops, and virtual events.
- Budget management: Create and manage the marketing and admissions budget, monitoring expenditure to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, track trends, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics.
- Stakeholder engagement: Foster strong relationships with current parents, alumni, the local community, and potential partners.
