Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and growth-oriented HR professional who is passionate about employee development and workplace excellence. This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on exposure to HR Operations, employee training, performance management, and process improvement.
The selected candidate will work closely with the HR department to ensure employees are well-trained, follow company standards, continuously improve their performance, and contribute to smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Track KPIs and support performance review processes.
- Identify performance gaps and coordinate improvement plans.
2. Training & Development
- Coordinate employee onboarding and departmental training.
- Ensure new employees complete assigned training successfully.
- Maintain training records and monitor learning progress.
3. Quality Check & Process Compliance
- Conduct regular quality checks of employees' work.
- Ensure SOPs, company policies, and work standards are followed.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in probation reviews, employee confirmations, and HR operational activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR processes.
5. Employee Support
- Resolve employee queries professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
- Help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
6. Reports & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to training, performance, and HR activities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in HR, BMS, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant field.
- Passion for HR Operations, Employee Development, and Performance Management.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
