Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in leading architectural design firm.
- Strong expertise in conceptualization, master planning, and schematic design development for large and complex projects.
- Proven ability to independently lead projects from concept stage through schematic and detailed design stages.
- Strong design sensibility with innovative and practical problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing client interactions, presentations, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Lumion/Enscape, and Rhino/Grasshopper.
- Exposure to large-scale projects such as mixed-use developments, institutional, commercial, hospitality, urban design, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptual design process and develop design strategies for large-scale projects.
- Prepare and oversee schematic design packages.
- Present design concepts to clients and key stakeholders.
- Guide internal design teams and ensure overall design quality.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
- Ensure project designs align with client requirements, design intent, and statutory norms.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
