Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer with 5–6 years of experience, preferably in the Healthcare/Life Sciences domain, working with market sales and patient data. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Snowflake, data engineering best practices, and stakeholder management, along with experience in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake.
- Leverage Snowflake best practices, including query optimization and native Snowflake features.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage code through version control repositories.
- Perform data quality validation, anomaly detection, and create comprehensive test scenarios to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with country stakeholders for data discovery, issue analysis, and remediation.
- Support data integration, transformation, and reporting initiatives related to healthcare market sales and patient data.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, development, and delivery.
- Work effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role.
- Strong experience with Snowflake, including:
- Query and code optimization
- Performance tuning
- Knowledge of the latest Snowflake native capabilities and features
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source code management tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- Strong understanding of Data Quality, data validation, anomaly detection, and testing methodologies.
- Experience working with Healthcare/Life Sciences data, particularly market sales and patient data.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a global matrix organization.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
