- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- 4 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Knowledge of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria.
- Knowledge of the full talent management process across recruiting, hiring, mobility, and development.
- Knowledge of the skills and capabilities needed to lead work, develop people, and build community.
- Ability to act as a liaison or intermediary between employees and managers.
- Ability to communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.

- Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
- Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
- Translate company-wide OKRs into plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
- Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution; use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
- Deliver business impact for Google by setting, communicating, and achieving team priorities that support organizational goals. Align with partners and make key decisions as needed to achieve team objectives.
