We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang and Java to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, database development, and messaging systems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to translate technical requirements and documentation into robust software solutions.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Golang and Java (Java 8+).

Build and enhance RESTful and gRPC APIs to support business and system integrations.

Develop applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT.

Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.

Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions with Microsoft SQL Server.

Integrate and manage messaging solutions using Solace Queue and event-driven architectures.

Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure DevOps.

Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads in Kubernetes environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Analyze technical documentation and convert business and technical requirements into efficient, maintainable code.

Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong proficiency in Golang and Java (Java 8+).

Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

Strong knowledge of Redis and JWT Authentication.

Experience with Maven (MVN) and Gradle build tools.
