We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our sales operations and strengthen market presence across Chennai and nearby regions. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career in B2B field sales within the dental industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities for dental products, services, and treatment solutions.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with dentists, clinics, hospitals, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Market Coverage: Conduct regular field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis across Chennai and surrounding territories.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance using CRM tools.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline or currently pursuing.
- 0-3 years of experience; Fresher’s with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self motivated, target oriented, and comfortable with field sales activities.
- Willingness to travel locally within assigned territories.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
