Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and track deliverables
- Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders regularly
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated
- Identify risks or issues and escalate to management when required
- Support procurement and vendor coordination activities
- Arrange meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and project closure documentation
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
