Senior Relationship Manager – Luxury Real Estate
Experience: 8+ Years
We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to drive sales for premium residential projects and deliver exceptional customer experiences to HNI/UHNI clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, finance, and legal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure accurate sales documentation and compliance processes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably luxury residential projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Presentable, customer-focused, and market-savvy professional.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
