Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Manager – Salesforce ARM (Revenue Cloud Advanced / RLM) to lead enterprise Revenue Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), Revenue Cloud Advanced (RLM), product catalog management, pricing configuration, and billing processes.
This role requires a strong technical leader capable of designing scalable Revenue Cloud solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality enterprise implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (ARM/RLM) implementation and customization projects.
- Configure and manage Product Catalogs, Products, Bundles, Categories, Components, and Attributes.
- Design and implement complex pricing models using Pricing Procedures and Decision Tables.
- Configure Context Definitions, field mappings, Business Rules Engine, and Constraint Rules Engine.
- Develop and troubleshoot Product Discovery, Product Configurator, and Advanced Configurator solutions.
- Configure and optimize Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO), Usage Management, and Rate Management.
- Support Billing, Contracts, Transaction Management, Quote & Order Capture, and Asset Lifecycle Management.
- Debug pricing, catalog, configuration, and product discovery issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with external systems using REST APIs and Named Credentials.
- Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Salesforce implementation and development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce ARM / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RLM).
- Experience enabling Revenue Settings and ARM features.
- Strong experience in Product Catalog Management.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirement analysis skills.
