The Pre-Primary Experience is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring age-appropriate learning experiences for children in the pre-primary section. The coordinator works closely with teachers to plan innovative classroom activities aligned with early childhood education principles and curriculum standards. They ensure that teaching methodologies are interactive, play-based, and cater to the holistic development of children—covering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. The coordinator supervises classroom practices, provides guidance and training to teachers, and ensures consistency in lesson delivery and child engagement. They organize special events, theme-based activities, and celebrations to enrich the learning environment. Regular observation and assessment of children's progress are conducted, and feedback is shared with teachers and parents to support continuous improvement. Additionally, the coordinator maintains a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere, ensures the availability of teaching-learning materials, and promotes positive behavior management strategies. They also collaborate with school leadership and parents to enhance the overall pre-primary experience and uphold the institution’s vision and standards. Overall, the role demands creativity, leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of early childhood education practices.
