Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to establish and manage corporate tie-ups for our hotel. The candidate will be responsible for generating corporate business, building long-term relationships with companies, increasing room bookings, conference and banquet sales, and driving overall revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for room bookings, long stays, conferences, meetings, and events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, travel agencies, event planners, and business partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Corporate Tie-Ups & Partnerships
- Establish corporate rate agreements and annual contracts with companies.
- Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, industries, educational institutions, hospitals, and government organizations.
- Maintain and renew existing corporate tie-ups to ensure continued business growth.
- Explore new markets and business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conference halls, and hospitality services.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and market analysis reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship retention.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client visits to strengthen business relationships.
- Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvements.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain an updated database of clients and prospects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with hotel operations, reservations, banquet, and marketing teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to generate business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–8 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Hotel Sales.
- Strong network of corporate contacts will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
