- Open and close the store according to scheduled hours of operation.
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance in locating products or making purchasing decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Receive, unpack, and inspect merchandise deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including regular cleaning of shelves, counters, and display areas.
- Monitor sales performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement sales promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
- Perform regular audits of inventory, cash handling procedures, and store security measures.
