We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – MERN Stack with a strong technical background in building scalable web applications using the MERN ecosystem (with MySQL instead of MongoDB). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS Cloud, excellent leadership skills, and prior exposure to the FinTech domain. You will lead a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable financial technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Architect and implement robust backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features on time.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, code reviews, and release planning.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and database efficiency.
- Implement security best practices for financial applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Drive continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and engineering practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in:
- React.js
- Node.js
- Express.js
- MySQL (Mandatory)
- TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT, and application security.
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable system architecture.
Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
