Eligibility
- Graduate or MBA (Freshers Welcome)
- Experienced candidates can also apply
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and customer service mindset
Salary
- Graduate Freshers: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
- MBA Freshers: Up to ₹5 LPA
- Experienced Graduates/MBAs: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on relevant experience & interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with Online & Video KYC verification
- Verify customer documents as per bank guidelines
- Resolve KYC-related queries and support digital onboarding
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Shift Details
- 24×7 Rotational Shifts (9 hours)
- Rotational Shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 6 Weekly Offs per Month (Rotational)
- Saturday & Sunday are working days
