Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
* Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, meetings, and social platforms.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
* Understand customer requirements and provide tailored business solutions.
* Conduct engaging product or service presentations.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate business agreements.
* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute growth strategies.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
* 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
* Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
