Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / National Sales Head
CTC: ₹13 LPA – ₹20 LPA
Industry Preference: Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Particle Board, Veneers, Building Materials, Interior Products
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and expand our business operations across Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in the plywood or building materials industry, with proven expertise in sales management, channel development, dealer/distributor management, team leadership, and market expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities, projects, dealers, distributors, architects, and institutional customers.
- Ensure effective market coverage and penetration in key cities and districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Channel Management
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Strengthen relationships with existing trade partners and key accounts.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and market servicing standards.
- Resolve channel conflicts and ensure smooth business operations.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch sales team.
- Set KPIs and performance goals for team members.
- Conduct regular market visits and joint calls with sales executives.
- Ensure proper training, coaching, and performance reviews of team members.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, product launches, and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations to management.
- Identify emerging opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Financial & Operational Management
- Ensure achievement of branch profitability targets.
- Monitor collections, outstanding payments, and credit control.
- Manage branch expenses within approved budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Project & Institutional Sales
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and project consultants.
- Generate business from residential, commercial, hospitality, and government projects.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to secure specifications and approvals.
Reporting & MIS
- Submit periodic sales forecasts, market reports, and business reviews.
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline reports, and branch performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding business performance.
Desired Candidate ProfileQualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of sales experience in the plywood, laminates, MDF, particle board, veneer, or building materials industry.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a Branch Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Sales role.
- Strong network within the plywood and building material trade across Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
