About the Role
Host2 Unlimited is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage brand presence across digital platforms, create engaging content, and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, community management, and digital marketing practices.
This role requires a proactive individual who can independently manage social media activities while collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, inquiries, and comments professionally.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Create compelling captions, social media copy, and content ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Community Engagement
- Build and nurture online communities through meaningful interactions.
- Increase audience engagement through creative campaigns, contests, and interactive content.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key insights and growth opportunities.
- Use data-driven recommendations to optimize content performance and engagement.
Campaign Execution
- Support digital marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Assist in executing paid social media campaigns when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Basic photography and videography knowledge.
- Understanding of digital advertising and campaign management.
- Familiarity with content planning and brand communication.
